By booking or entering into an agreement with Paj Transport, LLC, the client agrees to the scope of transportation and logistics services outlined in the applicable quote, rate confirmation, or written contract. This may include local hauling, regional freight delivery, dedicated routes, and related coordination services.
Paj Transport, LLC schedules pickups and deliveries based on availability and accurate information from the client. Delays may occur if pickup locations are inaccessible, loads are not ready at the agreed time, or required documentation (weight, dimensions, hazardous materials disclosures) is incomplete. Paj Transport, LLC is not responsible for missed windows caused by inaccurate client-provided details or site conditions outside our control.
Quoted rates, fuel surcharges (if applicable), and accessorial charges are due per the payment terms on your invoice. Deposits or prepayment may be required for certain jobs. Cancellations with less than agreed notice may incur a fee to cover reserved equipment and driver time. Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in suspension of future service until the account is current.
Clients must declare the nature and value of goods being transported where required. Paj Transport, LLC’s liability for loss or damage is limited as set forth in the applicable contract or bill of lading and applicable law. Clients are responsible for adequate packaging, labeling, and insurance for high-value cargo unless otherwise agreed in writing.
